Daylyn Miller and H. Hailey Graham Present at CLEBC’s Family Law Basics Course

On April 10, 2025, Daylyn Miller and H. Hailey Graham presented at the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC’s course on Family Law Basics.  Daylyn and Hailey delivered an insightful and engaging presentation on the topic “Moving Forward: Assessing Options” to articled students, lawyers in the first five years of practice, and lawyers changing practice areas.  This session provided the lawyers with a comprehensive overview of key dispute resolution methods in family law.

Daylyn and Hailey discussed the benefits, drawbacks, and strategic considerations of five essential dispute resolution methods: collaborative law, commencing proceedings, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. By offering practical tips and real-world examples, they equipped attendees with the knowledge necessary to assess and recommend the most suitable path forward, depending on the specific circumstances of each case.
