Stephanie practices in the domain of divorce and family law. She is a Parenting Coordinator, Arbitrator, Family Law Mediator, and Collaborative Lawyer. Stephanie is committed to helping her clients transition through divorce in an amicable and non-adversarial way. She has extensive experience with complex property issues, as well as spousal and child support matters, and drafting sophisticated marriage and cohabitation agreements. Her approach is child-centered, prioritizing the wellbeing of the entire family.

Through active engagement in leadership roles, Stephanie has worked to expand the scope of non-adversarial approaches to family law dispute resolution. She co-chaired the committee that developed the standardized Collaborative Parenting Plan, which is available to the public through the BC Collaborative Roster Society. In 2023, Stephanie served as a member of the AFCC Parenting Plan Task Force, contributing to the drafting of the AFCC-BC Parenting Plan Guide, a free resource accessible to the public.

Stephanie is the former President of the BC Collaborative Roster Society and currently serves as the Chair of the Steering Committee for the Family Law Organizer. She has been deeply involved in the development of the parenting coordination process in BC and served on the board of the BC Parenting Coordinator Roster Society for over ten years.

Stephanie graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts and received her LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School. In 1999, she was called to the Bar in both British Columbia and Nova Scotia. After articling at a mid-sized law firm in British Columbia, Stephanie moved to Cape Breton Island, where she practiced family law in a small community. In 2000, she returned to Vancouver, British Columbia, where she has been practicing family law and consensual dispute resolution ever since. In December 2008, she co-founded Hamilton Fabbro.

Stephanie was appointed King’s Counsel in May 2025. 

On May 1, 2025, she was appointed to the Dispute Resolution Tribunal for the Sports Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) as a Mediator, Resolution Facilitator, and Safe Sport Mediator.

Inga Phillips graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations. She received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2004. After being called to the Bar in the Province of British Columbia in May, 2005, Inga practiced primarily in the area of family law. In January, 2011, she joined Hamilton Fabbro after working at a mid-size family law firm in New Westminster.  

Inga practices exclusively in the area of family law and provides her clients with comprehensive representation in all aspects of family law, including on issues related to parenting time, relocation, and all aspects of financial matters, such as child and spousal support, income determination and property and debt division.  

While Inga has extensive experience in litigation and advocates for her clients in court, she endeavours to resolve her clients’ disputes outside of court whenever possible, whether through negotiations or representation in mediations and arbitrations.  

Inga has extensive experience negotiating and drafting separation agreements, marriage agreements and cohabitation agreements. She has developed extensive expertise working with other professionals involved in family law matters such as income determination and business valuation experts, pension valuators, as well as mental health professionals. 

Inga believes in tailoring strategies to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances. While experienced in courtroom advocacy, having received collaborative training in 2017, Inga also advocates for collaborative process when suitable, aiming to achieve amicable out-of-court resolutions for her clients.   

When not at work, Inga enjoys spending time in the outdoors, biking, cross-country skiing and spending time with friends and family. Inga is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and volunteers with Access Pro Bono.

Daylyn Miller practices in all areas of family law including parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, division of property and divorce. Daylyn strives to reach amicable resolutions through strategic negotiation, mediation or alternative dispute resolution processes; however, when necessary, Daylyn will actively pursue her client’s best interests through litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Daylyn is a qualified Collaborative lawyer who assists clients in reaching out-of-court resolutions through the formal Collaborative process. 

Whether through litigation or out-of-court resolution, Daylyn is skilled in resolving complicated family law matters, including complex asset holdings, income arrangements and high conflict parenting arrangements. Daylyn strives for excellence in all areas of her practice to reach the best possible outcome for her clients.

Daylyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in 2005. She continued her studies at UBC’s Faculty of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2009. Daylyn has practiced almost exclusively in the area of family law and child protection since being called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2010. Daylyn also acts as counsel on behalf of the Law Society of British Columbia, Lawyers Indemnity Fund as it relates to family law practitioners subject to civil claims.

Daylyn is a member of the Canadian Bar Association Family Law Section in Vancouver. Daylyn is a contributing author to the Continuing Legal Education Society’s annual publications of the Annotated Family Practice Manual and Family Law Sourcebook. Daylyn has participated in advisory committees to the Attorney General with respect to legislation reform. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the McCreary Centre Society, a not-for-profit organization committed to improving the health of BC youth.

When not practicing law, Daylyn spends her time with her family enjoying the outdoors and traveling. She is an avid skier and runner, and loves to cook.

Ravina graduated from Columbia University in 2001 with a Bachelors of Arts degree and then went on to receive her Bachelors of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2005. Ravina was called to the BC Bar in 2006 and has worked exclusively in the area of family law since then.

Throughout her almost 20 years of practice, Ravina has assisted clients in a variety of family matters including but not limited to:
- the division of assets and debts with corporate, trust, and estate components; 
- ⁠determination of income for the purposes of spousal and child support; and
- child-related matters including guardianship, parental rights and responsibilities, parenting time, and parental alienation.

Ravina attempts to negotiate and resolve matters outside of the court process whenever possible; however, she is prepared to advocate for her clients through the court process when
necessary or required.  

Along with extensive court experience at all levels of the British Columbia courts, Ravina is experienced in representing clients at mediations and arbitrations. 

Ravina is skilled at negotiating and drafting family law agreements including cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements.

Ravina is also accredited as a Family Law Mediator and can assist parties in both lawyer- assisted and non-lawyer assisted mediations.

Clara (she/her) is a Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. She offers her mediation services to parties without lawyers, as well as to parties represented by lawyers.

Clara is experienced in all aspects of family law, including cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support, and division of family property and debt.

Clara believes that divorce can, and should, be a respectful and dignified process, especially when children are involved. She strives to ensure that her clients feel heard, safe, and supported. No two families are exactly alike, and it’s important to tailor the dispute resolution process to serve the individual needs of each client.

Clara received her BA from Simon Fraser University in 2005, and she received her LLB from the University of Alberta in 2009. After completing her articling year in Calgary, she was called to the Alberta bar in 2010, and, soon after, she was called to the BC bar in 2011. She has practiced family law exclusively ever since.

Clara sits on the board of the BC Collaborative Roster Society, and is a member of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver.

Kaitlyn (she/her) grew up in Ontario and graduated from Western University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She moved to BC to attend Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and completed her Juris Doctor in 2014. Kaitlyn was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2015 and has practiced primarily in the area of family law since. She completed her Collaborative Family Law training in 2024. 
 
Kaitlyn is experienced in advising clients in a wide range of family law matters, including all issues related to divorce, property and debt division, child and spousal support, and parenting arrangements. She also assists clients in negotiating and preparing cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements.
 
Kaitlyn understands that divorce and separation can be one of the most difficult life events a family may experience. She guides her clients through this challenging time with compassion, objectivity, and clear legal advice. Kaitlyn appreciates that litigation can be a stressful, time-consuming, and costly process. With this in mind, she aims to resolve disputes outside of court whenever possible. Her goal is to provide practical, cost-effective, and efficient solutions to her clients while preventing unnecessary conflict and preserving good will between parents. When settlement is not possible and litigation is necessary, Kaitlyn effectively advocates her clients’ positions in court. 
 
In her spare time, Kaitlyn can be found connecting with friends, spending time outdoors with her two dogs, and travelling with her family.

Kaitlyn Hill

Nimrit Dhillon practices exclusively in the areas of family law and child protection. She utilizes a practical and empathetic approach when assisting her clients in resolving their family disputes. Nimrit strives to settle client matters using alternative dispute resolution, but when litigation becomes necessary, she skillfully advocates for her clients in court. She regularly appears in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia and has conducted trials in both levels of court. Nimrit completed her Collaborative Family Law training in 2024 and assists clients in achieving out-of-court solutions through the Collaborative process.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Nimrit has studied and worked in various countries, including Spain, South Korea, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Her experiences abroad enable her to bring a unique perspective and cross-cultural understanding to each client matter.

Nimrit graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations and Political Science. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2016. Nimrit then returned to the Lower Mainland to complete her articles at a boutique family law firm in the Fraser Valley, where she continued as an associate after being called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2017. Nimrit joined Hamilton Fabbro in 2020 and continues to practice in the areas of family law and child protection.

Outside of the practice of law, Nimrit loves to travel, taste and cook different cuisines, and discover new music. Nimrit is fluent in Punjabi and Spanish. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.

H. Hailey Graham practices exclusively in the area of family law, such as separation, divorce, property division, spousal support, child support, relocation, and parenting. She is an experienced litigator and collaborative lawyer. Hailey assists clients with an assertive, empathetic approach and her strong communication skills ensure clients feel heard, understood, and involved. Hailey focuses on effective, efficient solutions tailored specifically to each client’s needs. 
 
Hailey holds an Associates degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Hailey completed her articles and continued as an associate at a full-service law firm in Vancouver. Hailey joined Hamilton Fabbro in 2021.

Hailey volunteers as a supervising lawyer with Pro Bono Students Canada; as Chair of the Emerging Family Lawyers Forum; as Vice Chair of the Canadian Bar Association of Vancouver’s Family Law Section; as an author of the CLEBC’s Family Law Sourcebook; and, as a board member of Women Leaders of Tomorrow. 

Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys traveling, reading comedic fiction, being a plant mom, and spending time with her teenage son.

Rachel is a family law practitioner experienced in negotiating and preparing cohabitation and marriage agreements, separation agreements, participating in mediation, and navigating through family law litigation including trials.

Rachel provides practical advice and is dedicated to securing favourable outcomes for clients through litigation, negotiation or alternative methods such as mediation. Rachel recognizes the evolving needs of clients throughout the process and provides a tailored approach to each client that prioritizes a solution.

Rachel earned her law degree in 2021 from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops after completing her undergraduate degree in Sociology at the University of Calgary. She articled and practiced family law with a leading North Vancouver law firm before joining Hamilton Fabbro.

Rachel volunteers on the Steering Committee of the Emerging Family Lawyers Forum. She also has presented to the Parenting Coordinator’s Roster.

Rachel was born and raised on the North Shore of Vancouver, and enjoys reading, travelling, and cooking.

Rachel Ingram

Lucy is a family law lawyer with experience preparing agreements, advocating in court, and participating in out-of-court negotiations, including mediation. She has expertise in child support, spousal support, parenting arrangements, property division, and family violence.

Lucy understands that clients may feel intimidated by family law proceedings. She strives to ensure clients understand the process every step of the way and that the process is cost-effective and tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Before joining Hamilton Fabbro, Lucy articled with the family law group of a leading litigation law firm in Vancouver. She earned her law degree in 2024 from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. During her final semester of law school, she clerked at the Nova Scotia Supreme Court (Family Division).

Lucy completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of British Columbia, where she graduated with High Distinction. During her time at UBC, she was a member of the varsity rowing team.

Lucy was born and raised in Vancouver. She enjoys running, skiing and hiking in the beautiful BC mountains. She is also an avid singer and has performed in the annual Lawyer Show fundraiser.
