Daylyn Miller was a featured presenter at the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia (TLABC) Convention, held on May 8–9, 2025. As part of a panel alongside Dr. Simon Elterman and Judith Janzen, Mrs. Miller contributed to an in-depth discussion on expert parenting reports in the context of family law. The presentation, titled “Demystifying Parenting Reports in Family Litigation,” explored the nuances of parenting reports in family litigation, including Hear the Child Reports, Views of the Child Reports, and Section 211 Reports. Through this session, the panel provided insights into how these reports are prepared and utilized in family litigation.
